How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to make any modifications.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team with your name and the email address used at checkout, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer a standard shipping option at checkout. The shipping fee is PKR 200, with an additional government tax of PKR 50, making the total shipping charge PKR 250. This flat rate applies to all orders, regardless of your location within Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking status. If it appears stuck or lost, contact our customer support team we’ll investigate and ensure you receive your products.
